Born on the East Coast and currently living in Los Angeles, Postas runs his own production company called Elevated Minds Entertainment- that specializes in facilitating independent productions. Years of experience allow him the ability to Direct, Produce, DP & Edit depending on the needs of the project. EME also has professional crew and casting relationships as well.
As a film maker, Postas has been blessed with the opportunities to film both locally and internationally. He began his career as a Cinematographer, shooting his first Feature film + Documentary in Paris, France. When he returned, he was hired onto his first ever Super 16mm project for an independent feature film that was picked up by Lions Gate for distribution and marketing following it's completion.
Immediately after these two films, Postas took the initiative to self-finance his first short film, 'Seventh & Hill', that was shot on Super 35mm. The film made its debut at Cannes International Short Film Corner in 2008 and had also been screened at several local and international film festivals. Because of this debut, it was picked up for distribution by two separate companies, OuatMedia and BigStar.tv, a rare occurrence for short films at that time.
Since then, Postas has been expanding the EME brand by Producing, Directing and Shooting Music Videos, Short + Feature films, Commercials and Pilots.
EME has excellent resources in Los Angeles and a strong understanding of the business. This knowledge is used to execute professional projects, regardless of the budget.
